Feedback Visits
Our training consultants will visit both the participating delegate
and also the individual's manager, where possible. The purpose
of this is to give feedback on how well the delegate participated,
where they excelled, areas of comfort and possible concerns.
It also allows the participant to discuss areas of the course
on a one-to-one basis with their training consultant, given
that they will have got to know each other better. It also encourages
the delegate to implement their new skills practically, knowing
the importance of both the visit and the feed back given.
A feedback visit is recommended when a course lasts for 3 days
or more, mainly because a lot of knowledge is given over a short
period of time.
