Redundancy Workshops

Redundancies sadly are a fact of life. A shift in the business climate, a move or merger can result in inevitable redundancies. It’s very important to remember that it’s the job not the person that is redundant. When team members are faced with redundancy they can face a lot of different personal challenges, such as: De-motivated Afraid, Scared, Disgruntled, Negative Attitude, etc. We have designed a range of workshops that can be delivered in a sensitive, fair and motivated manner. Each half day session can be delivered on or off site. We would recommend a minimum of two workshops per delegate. We have detailed workshop content below.

Workshop Four: Exploring the job market

  • Where to look
  • Who to contact
  • Who to ask
  • Being proactive – Finding the jobs never advertised
  • Sending a “selling yourself” letter

Additional Information:

All workshops can be delivered in-house or at an external venue. Costs are geared around number of participating delegates, venue and number of days required.
